Magical Racing's KATANA
Magical Racing has developed a number of street-style exterior parts made of twill and plain weave carbon fiber and FRP. This time, we would like to introduce Suzuki KATANA custom by them. Including universal parts such as a carbon handlebar and carbon monocoque mirrors, there are more than 10 kinds of parts prepared for this model.
Among them, the windshield is noteworthy. It is longer than the stock windshield and has a high degree of transparency for good visibility. This kit includes carbon base mount to keep the natural look. The single seat kit includes a seat, tail cowl, fender eliminator, and bulb type tail lens. The rear fender, which visually fills the rear with a large coverage area, is also a long-awaited product for many KATANA owners. The design is based on the silhouette of the old air-cooled KATANA, but has been beautifully incorporated into this modern model. The functionality is more than sufficient. The world of carbon parts that match modern bikes can be enjoyed even more on the KATANA.
Bodyworks
The Carbon Handlebar Type-2 is made of full twill weave carbon with a height difference of 90mm and a 25° inward bend for a more relaxed position. Handlebar ends and NK-1 Mirrors Head Type-5 are also installed.
Accent cover to be attached to the end of the tank cover.
Single seat kit leading to the style of the air-cooled Katana. Inside is a small storage space for small items and high utility.
The under cowl is designed not to interfere with the side stand.
Chassis
The front fender is also made of carbon. It has a side shape and depth similar to that of an air-cooled katana.
Rapid Tek, a BST carbon wheel made entirely of dry carbon except for the hub, which is made of 6082-T6 aluminum. Each has 5 split spokes, 3.50-17 front at 2.4 kg and 6.00-17 rear at 3.2 kg, which are both quite light.
The license plate will have to be relocated to install the rear fender, but it will also cover the stock bolt holes. The chain guard is also made of carbon for lightness, strength, and style.
