This full carbon handlebar is made of 3K carbon fabric (plain weave or twill weave) and 12K UD carbon prepreg.
It is made of dry carbon with tapered pipe shape, heated and pressure hardened by inner pressure molding.
CFRP handlebars have the unique anisotropy of continuous carbon fiber (CFUD), which transmits road surface information transmitted to the steering head to the grips quickly, which is more advantageous for sport riding than the weight reduction of the handlebar itself.
In addition, since CFRP is a composite material (carbon fiber and epoxy resin), the natural frequency coefficient of the material is different.
As a result, the vibration damping property works inside the material and absorbs small vibrations.
Unlike hard metal handlebars that do not dampen vibration, these handlebars are less tiring even on long distance touring rides.
By making the narrowing a little stronger to fit the Japanese body shape, the best position can be obtained even for slightly large vehicles.
