This was a replacmemt for the standard that a customer wanted to try to improve the look of the bike as the OEM was not looking to great. Finding a replacement after market one was not hard as after reading a lot of forums for the APE100 the consensus was the Kitaco one for sure. The price for the Kitaco kick pedal was great value and chepaer than the OEM Honda one anyway. I do not generally use after market parts but this customer definitely wanted this brand. With a few other parts, the order was shipped using EMS and arrived in 5 days from being shipped. The kick pedal arrived in the Kitaco packaging and is a really nice piece of kit if I am honest. The finish is a brilliaint almost chromed look but I am sure it is just very well poilished. The fitment was not tricky at all as it is literally one bolt and that's it. The shape is virtually the same as the OEM so no problems with it movement. Veyr happy customer right here. Thanks Webike.

KITACO Kick Pedal install on honda ape 100 type D , only 1 screw 5 min easy to install. same as original kick pedal, sure can use on original kit step.

It's almost a pimped-out version, but you're right, it's a Level that doesn't fit anymore no matter what you do, rather than the Mounting Bolt being soft.
I installed it with another Bolt.

I think that the startability does not change because the shape is almost the same as OEM, it would be fine for Dress-up purpose.
After installation, there is no interference with the ankle put on footpeg and there is no influence on Brake operation.
Although it was also in the comment of the other person, even if Mounting Bolt is soft or screwed in, it does not bite without Screw mountain disappeared, Bolt used OEM so it is useless, so regrettable because there are no other problems!
