The breather filter is attached to the end of the crankcase breather hose that remains when the air cleaner box is removed to prevent dust from entering the crankcase.

It installed in XR 250. The product itself is solidly done.
However, even if Large rinse and off - road traveling got in the way and fixed firmly,
I will fall down soon..

How to install - About Maintenance cycle
How to install
Crankcase If you install it with a short Hose installed immediately above, there was a case that it rarely blows out when putting a lot of Engine oil. Length 150 mm did not spill out.
Suitable Hose is Bridgestone Excel-100 with an inner diameter of 19 mm.
Maintenance cycle
It is dirty, but in practical use, cleaning is once a year.
Maintenance removes dirt and dries well with K & N Filter Cleaner Cleaner. Since oil comes out from Crankcase, FilterOil will not be added.
Since installation Hose is Black Hose, since internal deterioration can not be seen, remove Hose and check the degree of deterioration and cure - I will exchange it if there is a crack.
The photograph used for 5 years 50,000 km for 6 years. Hose has been exchanged once but Filter is still available.
I think that it has durability because it uses Gold genus in not only Filter making but also Hose mounting part.
