This was something I had been meaning to buy but never got around to it. The correct tank pad was not hard to find, I just filtered the manufacturer and then model of bike and there were a couple to choose from. I deceided on the genuine Yamaha one as it will fit as it should do with it being made for this bike. The cost was not too bad actually and better than I had seen for sale locally. With a couple of other tank pads for other bikes, I had them all shipped together via EMS. EMS just do what they say and get your order to you quickly. Mine arrived 5 days after the shipping date which is perfect. The entire order was neatly packed in the box, the tank pads were all kept nice and flat so there was no distortion which could have been a problem when fitting. The tank pad came in a Yamaha packet and was neatly presented. The pad itself feels very nice and smooth but does have a bit of friction due to the materials used. I was expecting a slightly more domed gel pad but for what it is, it's fine for my needs. Fitting was straight forward and when on without issue although I pre fit with low tach tape to get the placement visually before starting. Pleased with the purchase and hopefully, this stops any future scuffs from happening with my jacket zip. Thanks Webike
