I used it on my 2020 SV650X.
I have no problems using it at all.

I ride a SV650X 2018. Usage is mainly commuting.
I bought this because I need to do a lot of pushing and pulling on my commute and Helmet inevitably gets in the way, so I wanted to hang it up. It fits without a problem and is convenient.

It's a small detail, but super useful.
For reasons of convenience, I've been experiencing some push-pull on my commute.
I bought it because I didn't want to hold the Helmet in my hand at that time.
You're right to buy it.
Installation was a piece of cake, just remove the bolt from the Tandem Footpeg and tighten it together.
It comes with two keys.

As you would expect from Exclusive Design, there is nothing wrong with it.
It's a nasty time to have a Helmet lock, when it used to be common to have one.
But you'll need it! I don't want to wander around with a Helmet.

I was able to get by with the wire lock, but the Helmet lock was still the best.
It is also good that you don't need the key only when you open it.
